At Danica TCL we can provide a low cost solution to keeping track of your accounts. We can attend to bookkeeping on your behalf or if you wish to be more “hands on” we can teach you to maintain your own records. We can supply the appropriate software and assist you to keep control of your cash flow and management accounting

Quarterly Management Accounting is the key to your success. Monitoring cash flow and performance is our specialty. Up to date records give you complete peace of mind and will keep the taxman happy.
Accounts & Taxation
We attend to the annual accounts for any type of business structure, Sole Trader, Partnership and Companies. We complete the accounts and file them with the necessary authorities on your behalf.A thorough review is undertaken upon completion to ensure that you have claimed all appropriate expenses.

PAYE and VAT
Real Time PAYE all taken care of. We can produce your payrolls, file the returns and leave you to get on with what matters most, your business and “me time”.
We can also help you set up an appropriate VAT scheme for your organisation. We will help you register for VAT (turnover limit from April 2018 £85,000 to register) and complete online returns.
Start ups
All new businesses need sound start up advice. At Danica TCL we will discuss all of the options available to you and recommend the best business structure for you.We will always be on hand to help you build your business and ultimate success. We can also help with Company Formations for £15 and have you appointed as the MD within hours. We also provide Company Secretarial services and will attend to all statutory & company compliance matters, on your behalf.
